To celebrate the NBA All-Star Game in 2021, the Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber was introduced alongside a pair of Nike Dunks, Air Force 1, and Air Foamposite Ones.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid Carbon Fiber has a black patent leather upper, much as each pair in the All-Star bundle. The patent leather top also reveals a pattern that resembles carbon fiber plating when illuminated, similar to those on the outsoles of Jordan 11s. The glossy material is contrasted with white leather underlays and a white Wings emblem on the ankle. Finally, a nylon tongue is sewn with a Jumpman tongue tag.
